Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin presented the REALISE project at the German National Seminar on staff mobility, which took place in Berlin on the 21st of May 2019 in their premises.

Through the event, 7 presentations were made, among which were the presentation of the outcomes of the REALISE Project, several presentations on staff mobility development trends and features at different faculties of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the Free University of Berlin, and the presentation held by Dr. Markus Symmank from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) on the trends of staff mobility development in Germany and at European level, including the possible influence of Brexit on staff mobility.

The presentations were followed by rich and fruitful discussions.

The emphasis of the seminar was placed on exchanging experience and sharing good practices tested by the REALISE partners as well as by our guest universities and stakeholders working on improving staff mobility.

34 persons attended the event, including German universities' representatives from IRO Departments and members and the DAAD/German Erasmus+ National Agency.
