Middlesex University, in collaboration with Universities UK’s International Unit, held a national seminar on Erasmus staff mobility in London on 1st May 2019.
The University of Coimbra held its National Seminar on staff mobility in Coimbra on April 11th 2019.
The seminar included a Conference on "People, organizations and decent work" followed by a presentation of the work carried out by the REALISE Project Team and its Associate Partners.
The focus was set on finding and sharing innovative solutions tested within the project and that can be implemented in other European institutions and more particularily in Portugal.
REALISE Partners met in Ljubljana for their 6th Transnational Meeting from March 27th to March 29th 2019.
In this meeting the partners will discuss the next, crucial steps of the project:
- Final overview of the REALISE Handbook, due to be published beginning of May 2019 ;
- Working sessions on the content of the Staff Training Week in Ghent (May 14th to May 16th)
- Final arrangements for the REALISE Closing Conference in Brussels (May 13th)
Linköping University presented the REALISE project at the Swedish National Seminar on staff mobility, which took place in Uppsala on November 6th and 7th 2018.
During this event the findings of the REALISE project were presented:
REALISE partners met in Berlin for the project's 5th Transnational Meeting from October 24th to October 26th 2018.
In this meeting, partners discussed the next steps of the project, and in particular the end of the Testing Phase as to prepare the publication of the Handbook which will gather all the tools tested in the framework of the project and will give guidelines for their implementation in other Higher Education Institutions.
The foundations for the organization of the Staff Training Week in Ghent and the International Conference in Brussels have also been laid.
The University of Catania organized its REALISE National Seminar on September 28th and 29th 2018, involving representatives of the REALISE Associate Partners and keynote speakers.
The event was the opportunity to point out the results of the REALISE Camparative Analysis and to introduce the Toolbox. The event was concluded by a workshop on staff mobility, recognition and innovative practices.
REALISE partners met in Coimbra for the 4th transnational meeting of the project.
This meeting has been the occasion to draw-up a mid-term evaluation of the Toolbox testing phase and to lay the foudations for the production of a Handbook.
As part of the REALISE project, the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3 organized a national seminar in Paris on 24 January 2018.
This seminar offered the possibility to discuss the results of the survey that was carried out from march to june 2017 among Higher Education staff and International Relations offices.As part of the REALISE project, the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3 organized a national seminar in Paris on 24 January 2018.
The University of Catania will welcomed a REALISE transnational meeting on 26 and 27 October 2017.
During this meeting, the partners particularly focused on the production of the REALISE toolbox.
The Advisory board members participated to this meeting and gave us productive inputs for the work in progress.
It was also an occasion to keep reinforcing interpersonal relations and to climb the Etna!
Realise partners met during two days in Warsaw the 4 & 5 July 2017.
During this meeting we discussed the survey results and we started to elaborate the structure of a toolbox for the implementation of staff mobility in the higher education institutions.
We also thought how to test the practices that will be compiled into the toolbox in view to evaluate and improve them.
