STAFF TRAINING WEEK - GHENT - 14,15 & 16 MAY 2019

STAFF MOBILITY IN THE SPOTLIGHT

The REALISE Partners will organize the Staff Training Week planned within the project at the University of Ghent from May 14th to May 16th 2019.

This Training aims at giving the trainees all relevant information and key recommendations to implement a strategy aiming at increasing the quality and the recognition of Erasmus+ staff mobility in their institution.

Deadline for applying: Monday February 18th 2019
Participation fee: 100€

NATIONAL SEMINAR - BELGIUM: 24/05/2019

Ghent University will be organizing a National Seminar on staff mobility.

During this event the findings of the REALISE project will be presented and we will have the opportunity to discuss the actions that were tested throughout the project.

The following topics will be addressed:
- Staff Mobility at the strategic level;
- Management of Staff Mobility;
- Promotion and Dissemination.

HANDBOOK OF GOOD PRACTICES

The Handbook of good Practices presents the results of the tools tested in the framework of the REALISE project by the Partners and Associated Partners of the project, and aims at:

- Identifying and developing innovative practices regarding the implementation of the Erasmus+ programme for staff mobility ;

- Helping staff beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ programme to make the best of the programme's potential ;

- Fostering the recognition of mobility in the career development of academic, administrative and technical staff in HEIs ;

NATIONAL SEMINAR - POLAND: 06/05/2019

The University of Warsaw is organizing REALISE National Seminar: Results of Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships Project REALISE „Realising the potential of the international mobility of staff in higher education”. Its aim is to discuss the opportunities, challenges and benefits resulting from participation in staff mobility programmes. The programme includes presentation of the project aims, implementation and main results, testimonials of staff who have participated in Erasmus+ programme, as well as a practical part on how to use REALISE tools with regards to international mobility of staff.

NATIONAL SEMINAR - PORTUGAL: 11/04/2019

The University of Coimbra held its National Seminar on staff mobility in Coimbra on April 11th 2019.

The seminar included a Conference on "People, organizations and decent work" followed by a presentation of the work carried out by the REALISE Project Team and its Associate Partners.

The focus was set on finding and sharing innovative solutions tested within the project and that can be implemented in other European institutions and more particularily in Portugal.

TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN LJUBLJANA - 27,28 & 29 MARCH 2019

REALISE Partners met in Ljubljana for their 6th Transnational Meeting from March 27th to March 29th 2019.

In this meeting the partners will discuss the next, crucial steps of the project:

- Final overview of the REALISE Handbook, due to be published beginning of May 2019 ;

- Working sessions on the content of the Staff Training Week in Ghent (May 14th to May 16th)

- Final arrangements for the REALISE Closing Conference in Brussels (May 13th)

 


TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN BERLIN - 24,25 & 26 OCTOBER 2018

REALISE partners met in Berlin for the project's 5th Transnational Meeting from October 24th to October 26th 2018.

In this meeting, partners discussed the next steps of the project, and in particular the end of the Testing Phase as to prepare the publication of the Handbook which will gather all the tools tested in the framework of the project and will give guidelines for their implementation in other Higher Education Institutions.

The foundations for the organization of the Staff Training Week in Ghent and the International Conference in Brussels have also been laid.
