CONCLUSIONS OF THE POLICY DIALOGUE

The Conclusions of the Policy Dialogue is the final Intellectual Output of the REALISE project.

The aim of this document is to summarise the activities organised by the REALISE partners or the activities the project team members participated in to communicate with decision-making bodies at local, regional, national and European level.

TRAINING MODULE

The REALISE partners organized from May 14th to May 16th 2019 a Staff Training Week "Staff Mobility in the Spotlight" hosted by Ghent University (Belgium), and the document you may download below compiles all the training material and a complete description of the activities that took place throughout the event.

This training material is closely related to the Handbook of Good Practices produced by the partnership, and pursues the following objectives:

STAFF MOBILITY IN THE SPOTLIGHT

The REALISE partners held the International Staff Training Week "Staff Mobility in the Spotlight" from May 14th to May 16th 2019 in Ghent University (Belgium).

The aim of this Staff Training Week was to give the trainees all relevant information and key recommandation to implement a strategy aiming at increasing the quality and the recognition of Erasmus+ staff mobility in their institution and foster the exchange of good practices with other participants and with the REALISE project team.

HANDBOOK OF GOOD PRACTICES

The Handbook of good Practices presents the results of the tools tested in the framework of the REALISE project by the Partners and Associated Partners of the project, and aims at:

- Identifying and developing innovative practices regarding the implementation of the Erasmus+ programme for staff mobility ;

- Helping staff beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ programme to make the best of the programme's potential ;

- Fostering the recognition of mobility in the career development of academic, administrative and technical staff in HEIs ;

NATIONAL SEMINAR - PORTUGAL: 11/04/2019

The University of Coimbra held its National Seminar on staff mobility in Coimbra on April 11th 2019.

The seminar included a Conference on "People, organizations and decent work" followed by a presentation of the work carried out by the REALISE Project Team and its Associate Partners.

The focus was set on finding and sharing innovative solutions tested within the project and that can be implemented in other European institutions and more particularily in Portugal.
