REALISE partners met in Berlin for the project's 5th Transnational Meeting from October 24th to October 26th 2018.

In this meeting, partners discussed the next steps of the project, and in particular the end of the Testing Phase as to prepare the publication of the Handbook which will gather all the tools tested in the framework of the project and will give guidelines for their implementation in other Higher Education Institutions.

The foundations for the organization of the Staff Training Week in Ghent and the International Conference in Brussels have also been laid.

As part of the REALISE project, the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3 organized a national seminar in Paris on 24 January 2018.

Realise partners met during two days in Warsaw the 4 & 5 July 2017.

During this meeting we discussed the survey results and we started to elaborate the structure of a toolbox for the implementation of staff mobility in the higher education institutions.

We also thought how to test the practices that will be compiled into the toolbox in view to evaluate and improve them.
